Purpose
-------
To describe how to create the Advanced Power Management diskette.


Creating the Advanced Power Management diskette
------------------------------------------------
APMDISK.EXE is a "self-extracting" ZIP file.  Follow the steps below to
create a diskette containing the Advanced Power Management files.

1. Insert a diskette into the diskette drive (drive a:)
2. Copy the APMDISK.EXE file to the diskette.  From the
   directory containing the APMDISK.EXE file, type
      copy apmdisk.exe a:
3. Change to the diskette drive. - type
      a:
4. Type 
      apmdisk
5. Display the directory on the diskette to make sure
   that files have been created -  type
       dir
6. If no files other than APMDISK.EXE are present, repeat
   steps 1-3
7. Once other files have been created, you may erase the
   APMDISK.EXE file.
8. You may also erase the XGAPMD.EXE, APMDISK.EXE, and
   the README files from your hard disk.
9. See the README.APM file on the diskette for information on
   installing and using Advanced Power Management.
